How does pre-booking save money?

Fixed fare quoted before you book locks in the price regardless of traffic, surge demand, or route changes. Compared with metered black cabs and ride-hailing apps that surge on Friday evenings and weekends, pre-booked rates are typically 30 to 50 percent cheaper at peak times. The airport drop-off charge, congestion charge and ULEZ are bundled in where applicable.

Are CabsOn drivers licensed and insured?

Every CabsOn driver holds a valid Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) licence from the relevant local authority (Greater Manchester councils for Manchester operations, Transport for London for London operations) and full DBS background check. London fleet is ULEZ-compliant; Manchester fleet meets Greater Manchester Clean Air Zone standards.

Can I book a return airport taxi at the same time?

Yes. Book outbound and return together for a single trip and we handle both legs. Flight tracking on the inbound side adjusts pickup time automatically if your return flight is delayed, and 60 minutes of free waiting on arrivals is included.
